Delete your GlamUp CRM account

You can ask us to permanently delete your account and the data stored in it. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we may keep.

Applies to the GlamUp CRM Android app, web app and website · Last updated: 22 October 2026

Request deletion

Sign in with the email and password of the account you want deleted. We'll check them, then send your request to our team. Nothing is deleted at this step.

Verify your account

Use the same details you sign in to GlamUp CRM with.

Forgot your password? Reset it from the login screen first, or email info@glamupcrm.com from your registered address and we'll verify you another way.

After you submit, we reply by email to confirm and delete the account within 30 days. If you didn't make the request, reply to that email and we'll cancel it.

Staff members: if you're a team member and only want your own login removed, ask the studio owner to remove you under Staff, or use this form with your own email and password.

What gets deleted

  • Your login and profile (name, email, phone number).
  • The studio's business data: bookings, clients, payments, services, inventory, staff records, attendance, uploaded images and logo, and messaging settings.
  • Device and notification tokens linked to your account.

What we may keep

  • Invoices, payment and billing records that we must keep for tax and accounting law, for the period the law requires.
  • Limited logs needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve a dispute.
  • Encrypted backups, which are overwritten on a rolling schedule — your data drops out of them within a further 30–60 days.

Anything we keep is used only for those purposes and is not used for marketing.

Before you delete

  • Deletion is permanent. We can't restore a deleted account.
  • Export what you need first — for example your client list and reports from the Reports screen.
  • If you only want to stop using the app, you don't need to delete anything; you can simply log out or uninstall.

If you want only some data removed (for example a single client), tell us what to remove and we can do that without closing the account. For how we handle data generally, see the Privacy Policy.
